All five, with dates and rates The penthouse on Airbnb

One building

The whole weekend, under one roof.

Oak Barrel Public House is downstairs, and its second floor is the rehearsal dinner room for 30 to 180. The five apartments are above it. The kitchen that cooks the wedding and the shuttle that picks guests up at the door belong to the same group.

So the night before, the morning after and the ride to the venue can be one plan, with one person to call.

Out the door

Then everyone walks downstairs.

Fiserv Forum, the Riverwalk and the bars and restaurants of Old World Third Street are on foot. So is the rehearsal dinner.

Hold the building

Tell us the dates and how many of the five.

A single apartment books on our own site. For a wedding weekend, this form reaches Alexa, who holds the apartments with the rehearsal dinner, the catering and the shuttles on one plan.

Call Alexa at 414‑518‑6746 or email alexa@creamcityconcepts.com. She books the apartments and can hold the whole building in the same call.

How many people do the apartments sleep?

Five apartments, each with two bedrooms and two baths. They sleep 12, 14, 14, 15 and 16, so 71 across the building. Each unit’s page on our booking site lists its beds.

Where exactly are they?

Above Oak Barrel Public House at 1033 N Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, downtown Milwaukee, on the stretch the city still calls Old World Third Street. The penthouse is on the fifth floor, and Fiserv Forum is in its windows.

How do we book?

A single apartment books on our own site, and the penthouse is also on Airbnb. For the whole building, the room-block form below is the one to use.

Can you cater in the apartments?

The listings offer food and drink packages, celebration setups and pre-stocked groceries as add-ons; ask when you book. Downstairs is Oak Barrel, and the rehearsal dinner room is its second floor.

What are check-in and the house rules?

Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am. No pets, and no smoking inside.
